Misolar back sheets are laminates of Fluor films (Tedlar, Kynar…) and PET and that are compared and chosen by our team in collaboration with modules manufacturers. They allow your PV modules to last as long as the objective fixed by the sector (Up to 25 years)

Front sheets
Thin layers of silicium discharge technologies have changed. Discharge temperatures decreasing, it is now possible to product flexible photovoltaic modules with plastic subtracts using roll to roll process.
Lighter and stronger than glass front-sheets, Fluor films (ETFE, FEP) aspire to protect silicium against weathering (moisture, UV, temperature, condensation…).The combination carbon-fluor, stable and nearly non polar, enables those films to a remarkable life time.
Those films may be used plain or embossed (light isn’t reflected, silicium enhance the lighting diffusion)

Flexible supports
 Due to technology’s evolution, organic materials substitute themselves to silicium in electronic components’ production. Some “conductive inks” can be put down the flexible substrates thanks to automatic processes of impression: “roll to roll”.Those new processes are an open door to many innovating applications such as flexible photovoltaic, RFID, OLED screens, batteries…
