Micel Films offers five shades of Polyesters (Mylar®, Lumirror®, Melinex®...) : PET clear, PET hazy, PET MATS, White PET or PEN Films.
Based on the above films, you can go upmarket thanks to: PET metallized, Silicone PET, Heat sealable Films, UV resisting PET, PET corrugated or PET embossed.

PET clear
Thickness: from 50µ to 250µ Shining films, plain or treated for impression or/and slippery surface, those films are essentially manufactured for: Labels Archiving Graphic applications Brands : Mylar®, Melinex®, Lumirror®, Terphane®, Hostaphane®... -
PET hazy
Thickness: from 3µ to 500µ Especially designed for industrial use, those polyvalent films are mostly used as: Production use Industrial process agent (release films) Electrical insulation Polyester printing supports Lighting diffusers (lighting, architectures…) Lamination support films Brands : Mylar®, Melinex®, (...) -
Mat PET
Thickness of 50µm with 250µm These films are designed for all applications requiring a mate aspect or a more or less rough surface quality. Examples of applications: packing label textile wood panels transfer impression release Those films can be heat sealable, printed, and be used as barrier with gases. (...) -

Thickness: from 36µ to 330µ Those films highly opaque meet the requirements of outdoors applications. They are available plain or treated to favour inks adhesion. PEN Teonex®
Thickness: from 6 to 250µ Teonex films are commonly called “high grade” films. They are made from Polyethylene Naphtalatate and have higher temperature resistance (155°C), better hydrolytic resistance as well as radiation resistance. Metallised PET

Silicone PET
Thickness: from 12 to 75µ Polyester films coated with silicone mainly designed for release and for adhesive liners. Three level of anti adherence available. -
Heat-sealable films
Films are treated in order to be sticked together by heat sealing without any addition of glue. They are co-extruded films PET + coPET. -
UV resisting PET
Their main purpose is to block and resist UV at the same time. Those films can be exposed to sunlight for a long period of time. They won’t go yellow nor crack as opposed to standard polyesters. Those films are widely used for subtracts, windowing, advertisement, photography… Some references may be (...) -

On request, we propose a modelled surface of our PET films (embossed or corrugated).
